Fermented Salsa – fermented foods are the key to a healthy immune system. This salsa is chock full of enzymes, beneficial bacteria, and bio-available vitamins and minerals.

To transition them off of soda, let them try one of my delicious
lacto-fermented sodas
that are easy to make at home.

popcorn cooked in coconut oil drizzled with raw butter, and delicious, healthy home-made coconut ice cream. Traditional homemade chicken soup
will be served as we tour my pantry, refrigerator and more.
